I can't draw loosely — every mark has to be perfect or I delete it

Why this happens

You're treating every layer as the final layer. The pressure is real because the consequence feels real. The fix is structural — make it physically impossible for the mark to matter.

FIX IT NOW

1. Create a new layer. Name it exactly: TRASH
2. Draw everything on TRASH. Deliberately rough. You already know you're deleting this layer — so nothing you put on it counts
3. When something in the rough sketch works, create a new layer above it, reduce TRASH opacity to 30%, and trace only what works onto the new layer
4. Delete TRASH
